Human Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as HCG) announced on the 6th that it has recently won a contract for the global integrated HR system project of SL, a leading automotive parts company. With this project, HCG has surpassed 150 enterprise e-HR system contracts for large corporations with over 1,000 employees. When including contracts from subsidiaries of large conglomerates, the total number of projects secured reaches 358.
This project involves integrating the HR systems across SL’s subsidiaries while also expanding to overseas branches in the U.S., China, India, Poland, Brazil, and more in a two-phase implementation. With this, HCG continues its success in securing large-scale e-HR projects, following its contracts last year with major corporations such as Company S (specializing in oil refining, petrochemicals, and batteries), Company L (a leader in retail, chemicals, food, hospitality, and construction), and Company T (renowned for its businesses in textiles, petrochemicals, finance, media, and leisure).
