Human Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as HCG) announced on the 25th that its SME-tailored HR system, JaDE, has recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 41% since its launch in 2011, solidifying its position in the HR system market.

According to the 2024 Enterprise Informatization Level Survey published by the Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency, the adoption rate of HR systems among SMEs has been steadily increasing. The adoption rate among SMEs with annual revenue of over KRW 50 billion rose from 41% in 2021 to 79% in 2024. Remarkably, in 2024, the rate surged by 14 percentage points compared to 65% in 2023, indicating a rapid expansion in adoption. Despite concerns over an economic downturn and uncertain market conditions, this trend highlights that HR systems have become an essential component of business management.
HCG cited the growing importance of data-driven decision-making in business management as a key factor behind the increasing adoption of HR systems. Companies are moving beyond basic personnel management to a more strategic approach by analyzing work patterns, performance data, and turnover risk factors. HR systems are not only enhancing efficiency in HR management and systematically supporting employee career development but also emerging as a solution for reducing operational costs through automation.
