HR Tech Leader Human Consulting Group (hereinafter HCG) announced that it has completed the patent application for the AI-based feedback emotional analysis feature of its HR SaaS platform, talenx. This technology enables AI to automatically analyze all text-based feedback, accurately determining whether it is positive, negative, or neutral. With recent changes in performance evaluation methods, such as year-round continuous feedback and multi-source feedback, the volume of text-based qualitative data has been rapidly increasing.
