Human Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as HCG) announced on the 11th that it has completed the development of SK Bioscience’s new HR system using its proprietary solution, hunel.
Since March of last year, HCG has been analyzing SK Bioscience’s requirements and designing the system. The project was successfully completed in February of this year after conducting extensive data integration tests between internal and external systems based on various scenarios.
In October of last year, HCG first launched services related to organization, personnel, job management, system, and interface, followed by the addition of compensation services in January of this year. As a result, SK Bioscience was able to process its 2024 year-end tax settlement using the new HR system.
With the implementation of this new system, SK Bioscience has enhanced the efficiency of HR data management, enabling swift data extraction and establishing a framework that supports more precise decision-making. Additionally, the unification of the communication system between employees and HR personnel has significantly improved the stability and convenience of HR operations.
HCG’s self-developed e-HR solution, hunel, is built on over 20 years of HR consulting and system development experience, offering optimized HR management functions tailored for large enterprises and corporate groups.
