Human Consulting Group (CEO Jaehyun Park, hereafter HCG) announced on the 20th that it has provided its HR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, 'talenx', to NICE Group.
Founded in 1986, NICE Group is a leading financial infrastructure company engaged in credit rating, data services, payments, financial services, mobility, and manufacturing. Currently, 11 of NICE Group’s affiliates are using talenx’s performance and apprasial modules, and an additional five affiliates have recently adopted the platform.
Starting in April, the group plans to expand its use of talenx to include HR and attendance management modules, followed by the addition of a payroll management module in July, with the goal of transitioning to a comprehensive all-in-one HR system.
HCG emphasized that NICE Group’s adoption of talenx is especially noteworthy, as it demonstrates the successful implementation of a cloud-based HR SaaS solution in the highly regulated financial sector. talenx strengthens security by obtaining ISO 27001 and ISMS certifications, and meeting the Cloud Security Guidelines of the Financial Security Institute.
talenx is an all-in-one HR SaaS platform that enables integrated HR operations—including performance management, apprasial, HRIS, attendance tracking, and payroll—even within the complex organizational structures of large corporate groups.
The platform offers customizable configuration options that flexibly accommodate the diverse HR policies of individual affiliates. This allows for operations tailored to each affiliate's specific needs, while still supporting a unified group-wide HR strategy.
