The global payroll outsourcing market is growing rapidly. In the U.S. alone, the market was valued at $4.8 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach $22.7 billion by 2027.


According to a study titled Determinants and Effectiveness of Payroll Outsourcing published in Volume 21, Issue 2 (2021) of the Korea Labor Institute’s Labor Policy Research journal, over 90% of companies that adopted payroll outsourcing reported high levels of satisfaction. Cost reduction and improved operational efficiency were cited as the main reasons for their satisfaction.
