HR tech company Human Consulting Group (hereafter referred to as HCG) announced on the 9th that it recorded 39.6 billion KRW in revenue and 5.85 billion KRW in net profit last year.
Revenue increased by 37% compared to the previous year, and the net profit margin reached 15%. Expanded investment in technology-driven research and development (R&D), along with customized client strategies, played a key role in improving performance.
HCG has strengthened its three-pronged portfolio strategy around its core HR solutions — hunel, JaDE, and talenx. By focusing on tailored technology responses to each client's specific business needs and enhancing operational efficiency, each solution has shown steady growth in the market.
The enterprise HR system “hunel” has continued to expand its presence among large corporate clients, winning a series of projects with major conglomerates and financial institutions.
Meanwhile, “JaDE,” a packaged solution designed for mid-sized and small enterprises, has boosted customer satisfaction through its flexible workflow configuration and guided onboarding services.
The newly launched all-in-one HR SaaS platform “talenx”, introduced last year, is rapidly gaining a competitive edge in the SaaS market by integrating AI, cloud, and big data technologies.
To drive technology-based product innovation, HCG currently operates three in-house research centers: the hunel R&D Center, the talenx R&D Center, and the newly established AI×HR R&D Center, which launched in March this year. The company invests over 25% of its total revenue into R&D, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation.
In particular, the AI×HR R&D Center serves as a key hub for developing AI-powered services and supporting clients in achieving their business objectives.
This year, HCG plans to further strengthen product competitiveness through continued R&D efforts, while also launching a full-scale implementation of its Customer Success Management (CSM) framework to better support client outcomes.
At the same time, the company is preparing for global expansion, with a focus on the Asian market, as part of its strategy to secure long-term growth momentum....(continuded...)
